Katy Mayo has over 25 years of computer experience. She installed hardware and software in Fortune 1000 companies throughout the United States; and as a trainer, she provided on-site training to employees and management.
Today, as a Microsoft Office User Specialist, Katy custom designs her programs for companies and individuals throughout the greater Boston area. She has trained computer users at a variety of companies and institutions such as:

Another of Katy's specialties is the training of seniors. She has trained over 600 seniors on the South Shore and has a true sense of what the senior community wants to accomplish using their computers.
