Basic but fit my needs.

So informative and interesting for me – a real beginner. Maybe another class on “searching the web” (or is it “surfing”?!)

Zumba classes
Spanish for health care providers (2)

WORD 1&2 (Classes #2&3) – 13 respondents

Would like classes to be more advanced. Found the Word portion to be too basic for me.
I needed a more advanced Word class.

Fascinating classes! Being a true beginner, I would benefit from a Word 3 – so many features. I was actually starting to feel comfortable with various terms and functions and FOLDERS!
Katy was super – She did a terrific job managing a group that was a mix of abilities and computer experiences, answering questions from all levels.

Additional Comments:
Katy is fantastic. I think it would help to have an assistant to work with individuals while she keeps presenting to avoid long pauses while a given student is catching up. The range of skills is so wide in the class. Thanks for the great food, too.

Very good job with different levels but sometimes would be nice to move more quickly.
I was nervous to even try Excel 1, no idea what to expect. I loved it – amazing features!! I think I would be interested in Excel 1, 2, 3 and beyond.
Other classes or activities you’d be interested in having at Region 4 office:
Spanish for health care providers
Using computers (basic skills) as health care providers’ documentation. Research using the web.
Would be interested in yoga or stress reduction.
Spanish and/or Portuguese would be helpful for my current work situation.
ACLS training.
Spanish class; Zumba
Spanish; Advanced computer classes to expand on this knowledge.

Additional Comments:
Katy has the patience of a SAINT!
Difficult to understand that RNs who are currently working in any setting don’t have the basics – was surprised that there were people who don’t feel comfortable using a mouse, left click vs. right click. Perhaps one could further separate NO EXPERIENCE from intermediate level experience.
